Integration Node

Connects to third-party services and APIs through pre-built integrations.

Input Fields

Task Name: Descriptive name for this integration task.

Integration: Select from available integrations (QuickBooks, Salesforce, Slack, etc.). Must be connected and authenticated first.

Action: Choose the specific action to perform (e.g., ‘Create Invoice’, ‘Send Message’, ‘Update Contact’).

Run With Member: For user-scoped integrations, select which team member’s credentials to use.

Action Parameters: Each action has specific required and optional parameters. These are dynamically loaded based on the selected action.

Common Integration Actions

QuickBooks: Create/update invoices, customers, payments

Salesforce: Create/update leads, opportunities, contacts

Slack: Send messages, create channels, update status

Gmail: Send emails, search messages, manage labels

DocuSign: Create envelopes, send for signature, check status

Tips:

  • Ensure integration is properly authenticated before use
  • Review action documentation for parameter details
  • Use workflow variables for dynamic values
  • Test integrations with non-production data first
